PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION
Unless otherwise specified, all of our items come with a full 1 Year Warranty. Our warranty covers us sending a one-time replacement item and getting the warranty item back. The warranty does not cover anything else, including labor, removal, reinstallation, diagnostic and other contingent expenses. In most cases we do offer advanced warranty replacement, which is something that sets us apart from our competitors. We charge a deposit to ensure we get our item back, but this is much better than you waiting to send your item to us for a replacement, which many of our competitors make you do. In order for warranty to be considered all documentation including and not limited to, proof of purchase, proof of proper service/installation by a certified mechanic/technician, and proof of all mandatory replacement parts needed in servicing the A/C system. The procedure for proper A/C service must be done by a certified A/C technician and/or mechanic and include the cleaning of the A/c system with an industry approved flush and proper flushing method. R141b and Dura Flush are approved. The filter drier and/or accumulator must be replaced. If applicable the orifice tube or liquid line that contains the orifice tube must also be replace. Inspect and/or replace expansion valve & clean inlet screen if applicable. Must check for proper air flow, if there is a lack in air flow through the ac condenser fins the condenser may need to be replaced, please consult with your technician. Must check that the fan clutch and/or electric fan assemblies are working properly otherwise they may need to be replaced, again please consult with your technician. Verify compressor clutch air gap before installation, refer to OEM or compressor manufacturer’s specifications. Must add correct type and amount of refrigerant oil, again refer to OEM or compressor manufacturer’s specifications. Following the attachment of the hose assembly, turn compressor shaft and the clutch pulley a minimum of 10 times to clear oil from compressor. Entire A/c system must be evacuated for a minimum of 45 minutes if temperature exceeds 80 degrees, must follow same process if system is dual air or if the temperature is less than 80 degrees. Verify Circuit has proper voltage. Only refrigerant R12 or R134a are allowed.

We gladly accept returns for any uninstalled item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and deduction of the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless it is a warranty issue within 30 days of purchase.
